Frequently Asked Questions
Is it really 24 hours non-stop? Do I have to stay awake all night?
Nope! You're free to sleep 😏
What do I need to play?
Bring your water weapon of choice, a recognizable accessory (a cap, sunglasses, a tie, or a backpack), and a phone.
At the start location, we'll take your mugshot (which will be shared with all other players). In return, you'll receive a sealed envelope containing:
- Your codename
- Your Network ID card
- Your mission briefing and instructions
All other details will be communicated after sign-up.
How can I spot other players?
Every active agent must wear one visible accessory while in the game:
- 🧢 a cap
- 😎 sunglasses
- 👔 a tie
- 🎒 or a backpack
This is a clue to other agents… but never a guarantee. The only guarantee is seeing their Network ID Card.
How do I eliminate other agents?
A single splash with your water weapon is enough. Once hit, the other agent is eliminated and must surrender their Network ID card to you.
What happens after I eliminate someone?
You collect their Network ID card as proof and report the takedown with a photo or video to The Network via Telegram. The kill is not official until confirmed in the chat by both players. While waiting for confirmation, both the eliminated agent and the eliminator are on standby and cannot be targeted. After confirmation, the hunt continues.
Are there any safe zones?
Yes. Public transport, workplaces, classrooms, restrooms and any areas where water weapons may not be allowed by local regulations are designated safe zones. No eliminations are allowed there. Respect the rules and local laws!
What if I get eliminated?
You're not done. Go to the Lazaret, pick up a bandage, and rejoin the chaos as a Goon. You can't win, but you can stop others from collecting more cards.
Can I eliminate Goons?
Yes. You can shoot a Goon. They must hand you their bandage and return to the Lazaret to retrieve a new one. Goons can't be permanently eliminated—they're like ghosts with water guns.
How will I receive missions?
All missions are distributed through a Telegram broadcast channel. You'll receive location-based assignments, secret clues, and urgent directives. Some missions are timed. Be ready.
What happens if I fail a mission?
Failure to complete a mission or responding too late may result in elimination. The Network does not tolerate tardiness. However, you may continue playing as a Goon.
How does the game end?
The game ends when only one active agent remains. The last agent alive is the winner. The agent with the most collected Network ID cards secures second place.
What does it cost?
Nothing. This game is organized purely out of love for the experience. It's completely free to play. You are very welcome to make a donation though during signup or after the game ends to support the creation of these events.
What if I can't make it to the starting location on Saturday night?
Let us know in advance, and we'll arrange a remote information drop so you can still join the game. The latest start time is Sunday morning at 9 AM.
Email us after signing up to coordinate.
What happens with my data?
Your phone number and mugshot are used strictly for gameplay purposes and will be shared with other players. If you opt in, you can stay in the community chat and sign up for our newsletter after the game ends. All other data will be deleted.
